Media Coverage

This is not a page of all coverage of our ship, as that would be a huge job to compile, but rather coverage that includes Randy and Kit, and/or this site.

Coverage in general has been quite extensive, what with how we were “Stranded in Belfast” (not even close!), or even “Marooned” (Hah!).

The coverage for the ship in general suddenly turned very positive when Randy suggested that Kit go for a walk, and she decided to walk to Derry — 70 miles away.

Without consulting her, Randy “alerted the media” (as they say), sending quick notes to several Belfast news outlets, and then again tipping off a couple of Derry newspapers as they closed in.

That’s when the positive coverage began, shortly after reinforced by another positive story thread about “the ship people” when a couple of Residents who met in Belfast became engaged. (They later married aboard ship.)
